An approved partner may receive a personal code and official link. The code is not transferable and must not be sold, rented or used to simulate artificial sales.
3. How to promote
Present MR Clips as a Windows app that helps turn long PUBG/Twitch VODs into suggested highlights for human review. Use official or approved material and keep the review-first workflow clear.
3.1 Disclosure and caption
If there is a coupon, partner link, commission, paid campaign, early access or any benefit, disclosure must be clear, visible and close to the recommendation.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not promise viral growth, revenue, views, guaranteed business results, gameplay advantage, official PUBG endorsement, spam, phishing, impersonation or misleading giveaways.
4.1 Contract before activation
Application approval does not automatically activate a code, coupon, portal, official kit or payout. Real activation requires human review, the official guide, a signed final virtual contract and operational evidence recorded by MR Clips.
5. Eligible commission
Commission depends on eligible confirmed purchases attributed to the partner code or link. Refunds, chargebacks, suspicious purchases, payment adjustments and internal tests may remove eligibility.
6. Hold and payout
Payout is manual and happens only after the safety window for refunds, chargebacks and operational risk. MR Clips may group payments for safety, cost and gateway release reasons.
7. Data and privacy
A partner may receive operational metrics for their own code, but sensitive customer and payment data stays protected. MR Clips may mask emails, limit transaction details and restrict customer exposure.
8. Tiers
Creator, Partner and Ambassador tiers may change based on promotion quality, eligible sales, audience support, anti-fraud risk and brand fit. Tier changes go through human review.
9. Suspension
MR Clips may pause a code, coupon, commission or payout if fraud risk, brand violation, misuse, abusive behavior or commercial review requires it.
10. No employment relationship
Partners are independent creators, not employees, legal representatives, agents or owners of MR Clips. Partners promote independently under these terms and official guidance.
11. Transparent promotion and taxes
Creators are responsible for local advertising law, affiliate disclosures, platform rules, taxes and obligations related to their activity. MR Clips may request copy or link changes when risk appears.
12. Updates
These terms may be updated to reflect product, checkout, anti-fraud, payout, law or commercial policy changes. The version published on mrclips.app prevails.
