If recovery does not solve it

Take the case to support without exposing your key.

The path stays official: check the receipt, mask any screenshot and open a ticket with only what is needed to find your purchase.

01 Check the receipt

Use the same checkout email and look for the transaction ID in the payment receipt.

02 Mask before sending

Show only suffixes for email, key or transaction. Never send card data, tokens or a full key.

03 Open the official ticket

If recovery fails, continue through support with short and safe context.

Recover my license

Use the purchase email and transaction ID. MR Clips looks up your license without asking for card data.

Use it in a private place. The key is personal. Use a private place; if it fails, open official support with the purchase email.
Use the same email shown in checkout or in the official receipt.
It usually starts with txn_ or appears in the official processor receipt.
If the security check does not load or is not accessible for you, use official support. Purchase, activation, download and license recovery have operational response priority.

English license recovery

Use the form on this page with your purchase email and official transaction ID. The ID is in the Paddle or official processor receipt and usually starts with txn_. MR Clips never asks for card data in the desktop app or in the public portal.

Official recovery

Start with the email used at checkout and the official transaction identifier. If the lookup does not resolve it, English support can review the case with masked purchase evidence.

After checkout

Check the processor receipt, license delivery email and spam folder before opening a ticket. Use the same email everywhere so support can match the purchase path.

What stays private

The portal does not ask for card details, account passwords, private VODs or full license keys. Sensitive payment fields stay with the official processor.

Community is not support

Renewals, device changes and access questions stay on official MR Clips routes. Do not use community channels to share license or transaction details.

Creator portal is separate

Creator and partner operations use the partner portal, not the customer license portal. Commission, coupon and referral data follow a separate approval flow.
