1. What does MR Clips do?

MR Clips is a Windows desktop app that helps creators organize suggested moments from Twitch/PUBG VODs, review them and export only what they approve.

2. What do I need to search for clips?

Use the correct Twitch channel, a public VOD and the exact PUBG nickname. Private or subscriber-only VODs can block discovery.

3. How does the license work?

The app activates an authorized computer with a valid key. Current public cycles are one-time purchases: a new purchase sends a new key, which must be activated before the new validity appears in the app.

4. What if MR Clips finds no clips?

Check whether the VOD is public, confirm the PUBG nickname exactly, try another search period and review delay, layout or webcam settings before opening support.

5. Which plans are supported?

MR Clips supports 30, 60, 90, 120 and 365-day access cycles. Every public plan unlocks the same complete app; the difference is how long access lasts.

6. How does renewal work?

Before buying another cycle, check your remaining validity in the license portal. Current one-time purchases send a new key and do not automatically add unused days; exports already created stay on your PC.

7. Can I test before buying?

Yes. The 7-day trial lets you validate the complete app with your own VODs before choosing a paid plan. After a paid purchase and activation, refund requests go through responsible review under the official refund policy.

8. How do I recover my key?

Use My license with the purchase email and transaction ID. The portal does not ask for card data.

9. What stays on my computer?

VODs, rendered clips, local QR handoff, operational cache and configuration stay on your machine by default. Diagnostics are exported to a local file only when you choose it.

10. What is the difference between essential and complete diagnostics?

Essential diagnostics keep a safer technical summary. Complete diagnostics may include broader local context for difficult cases, so review it before attaching.

11. How does support work?

The recommended path is FAQ, official ticket and optional diagnostics. Public community channels can help with general conversation, but purchase, license and private diagnostics stay on official support.
