Optional Twitch session file
If you provide twitch-cookies.txt to access VODs available through your own Twitch session, that file stays on your PC and may authenticate requests to Twitch in the local workflow. Remove it when no longer needed and never send it to support. It does not grant publishing rights over third-party content.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to activate licenses, deliver support, process purchases, prevent abuse, operate creator programs and improve reliability. Depending on region, this may rely on contract, legitimate interest, consent or legal obligation.
Retention, rights and privacy contact
For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, consent withdrawal or complaint routing, contact support@mrclips.app. This contact also acts as the privacy/DPO intake channel where applicable. Legal retention may apply for purchase, fraud, dispute, tax or accounting records.
Subprocessors and transfers
MR Clips may use infrastructure, database, payment, email, security, analytics and support providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare and Paddle. Data may be processed outside your country when needed to deliver the service, using appropriate safeguards such as provider data processing terms, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or equivalent legal mechanisms where required.
No sale of personal data
MR Clips does not sell personal data or use local VOD content for advertising profiles. Browser privacy choices and supported opt-out signals should be respected where applicable.
Plain-language summary
Your VODs and exports stay on your computer by default. Payment fields stay with the official processor. The license portal uses purchase email and transaction data, not card details. Analytics and creator attribution only start with consent.
