Use My license to confirm the purchase email, transaction ID and current access state before choosing a new cycle. Current one-time cycles do not automatically add unused days from an existing key.
A new one-time cycle sends a new access key and starts another access period. Check your remaining days before paying; after purchase activate the new key sent by email or recover it in My license.
Public plans are fixed access cycles. The final checkout shows USD, taxes, processor rules and any automatic renewal only if it is clearly stated before confirmation.
Do not repeat the purchase immediately. Check the receipt, spam folder, purchase email and license portal, then contact support with masked evidence if the new key or validity does not appear.
Exports already created stay on your computer. New premium processing requires an active license cycle, but your local files are not deleted when a cycle ends.
